Impact
Some accounts were shown an incorrectly lowered number of pushed messages on the LINE@ Manager during the issue period.
While messages were pushed to users as normal, there is a possibility that the number of messages displayed via LINE Developers (Statistics > Messaging stats) was lower than usual.

Resolution
As of 1:20 pm, Thursday, June 8, 2017 (GMT+9), message numbers should now display properly.

Restoration of Service
Due to high system risk, message numbers during the affected period will not be updated to their correct values.

Future Plans
We will be improving our system to prevent a recurrence of similar issues in the future.
